Here is the revised Bylaws

If you compare it to what the Bylaws were before, you will see a total change that gives Andy and Ilya. total control and screw the shareholders. Add to this that they have eliminated the Audit Committee , the Compensation Committee and the Nomination and Governance Committees.
What they have done in my opinion is criminal. I truly hope they don't go to Prison over this.
