I have had that happen to me before. I think it happens when your broker has multiple orders for different prices to fill. If your bid is at .11 and someone else has a bid at .09 and the average bid is .107 the entire order from that broker shows at .107 and does not fill at .109 if that makes scene. I also had it work in the other direction. I had a sell for .25 and my order was filed at .26 even thought the stock never traded during that day at .26 I'm thinking it had something to with with another order the broker was filling at or above ask.
