Hi Gary, the LOI has expired and we are waiting on EWLL to advise us on how they’d like to proceed. I am in contact with their CEO and I will update the public when something evolves.

So we all new that much I assume but for those that didn't know that LOI expired and there was no funding from (LRDG)27health. Now you know.
