So I replied looking for more info:

That states nothing on the LOI with 27health nor does it describe a clear path with ATI and it does not explain the suspension of the eWellness.com. The stock price manipulation that is going on is crazy. There is a email that came out from Francis J. Kosinski stateing ATI that they own Phzio what is your update as to that? I also attached the email from ATI


Everyone should also email him with questions and concerns. He does reply
