Mike, there may have been a few notes needed early on in change of control. The crooks, previous management of XA, ran off with all the money. Left Glenn with nothing, so he may have needed a boost to get a handle on things and try to correct the direction of the company and save it from complete extinction. I don't have time to find all the details...It was a long, long time ago. He is known for paying them all down.
