From 10 did not register those invalid shares as free trading shares... all it did was provide a par value or monetary value to those invalid shares and as such creating a deficit to the company and shareholders recognized by the courts.

The Courts can provide remedy by canceling those invalid shares as there is no law prohibiting a Judge form not doing that. This should be easy since NO PARTY with invalid shares has contented the custodianship as stipulated in the most recent Status Check.
