Chaka, then Frank-MURTHA should-tell HOW-MUCH of-the $3 MILLION has been raised yet, and WHY the $3 MILLION raise target date has been CHANGED from Sept. 30 to Oct. 31 uh?

THAT would be a CEO "not messing around" as you stated, but that's NOT what he does?

He just PROCRASTINATES and push target dates forward with NO REASON and NO EXPLANATION?

That is NOT what a CEO "not messing around" is?

In fact, this is the EXACT BEHAVIOR of a CEO who is ACTUALLY totally "messing around BIG TIME" with shareholders?
