The signature secures the intent. To me a good thing also why sign if they didn't plan on working together. What they didn't say I question which is why wait 1 month or more to sign after the Kiln was there. Again my thinking is they needed to see something else what that else is no one knows but the timing of the signature we can speculate why wait why not sign in early August. A possible theory is they needed to see a positive development aside from the kiln delivery just guessing lets see what happens
