They are way overdue. To think this company is going to raise another million bucks and spend a third of it on catching up on 2 years+ of SEC filings is silly. That is money that could pay for another sportscar in the driveway, another vacation somewhere, etc.

Surely investors are not so stupid that they will fork out another million bucks to these guys. Are they?

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
