Are they afraid of selling TXCCQ at 0.0011 (the New bottom support) ~ 0.0002 (current 52-week-low) since today's closing price is 0.0012?

I'm wondering where will be the bottom? 0.0008 ~ 0.0006 or even the lower price level?
