Just give it time. There's clearly some plan in place to do something that will move it. You had lots of shares being slowly bought up in the last several weeks or months. Now 8k of who knows what the activity behind scenes actually is. It's being set up to make another of its runs. Who knows how soon or how high it'll go, but wheels are clearly working on it.
