Typhin, unless those who held through the Reverse Split are with Fidelity who converts shares the day of the split; people will not have their new shares tomorrow so they cannot sell;

If people try to sell their GXXMD stock before the shares are in their account, then they will be selling short and will have to cover once they get the shares which will be a disaster.

Therefore, if there is huge volume tomorrow or the rest of the week then it is most likely fresh shares issued by the company being cashed out before share price returns to .0001 again. Hope this helps.
