Yes, because of past duration of sp stagnation it will be a bumpy ride unless we hit the "mother lode" or company is bought out. Meeting their milestones is great but still 2023 permitting and 2027 pour is a ways off.

We could either be high flying kite or remain an under valued asset IMO .
