1. There is only one 10-Q filing and that was on 8/28/2020. To be a 10- Q means it was a SEC FILING . The SEC 10-Q filing on 8/28/202 was for the year 2016 . In that SEC FILING it clearly had this statement in it , which means in you make a statement on an official SEC Document, it better be true or one may have pat the consequences.

2. That official SEC 10-Q filing stated the following : WHICH is also ON EDGAR to show it was a proper SEC Filing.

3. On the filing today it is on OTC MARKETS 9/15/2020 it is a QUARTERLY REPORT.. it is NOT a 10-Q, due to not being on the SEC or EDGAR as of this time . If they file it with EDGAR , then it becomes a True 10-Q but has to be on SEC EDGAR.
