SCIL: Shareholders of Scientific Learning Corp. (SCIL) will receive $0.16 per share. An additional merger consideration to be paid after closing as follows: (a) approximately $.02 per share approximately 90 days after closing following a working capital adjustment period; (b) approximately $.07 per share in connection with forgiveness of the company's PPP loan, and (c) approximately $.002 per share upon release of the shareholder's reserve when all post-closing issues have been settled.
