The Pink Sheet numbers for shares outstanding and float are almost 2 years old as you indicated. I unfortunately do not have any current information but suspect the Company may have been issuing stock for acquisitions. I have sold some holdings during the last 2 months and want to see updated or confirmed share count before I consider buying back in. Caveat emptor.
