Hey WINNER, I agree she is causing issues.. like that article that Zach had posted.. Alfonso Romo can get her to comply on which projects to include in the Energy Plan. Isn’t it funny that these CCE business men are always so bullish on this Plan being announced in “next week” or “in 10 days” or “in two weeks”? It seems like they drink from the same fountain of confidence as Ward. They must know/see something that tells them it’s going to go their way.

After reading these BNAmericas articles you posted, Macod. It doesn’t even seem clear that this economic reactivation plan does include the energy plan that we had anticipated all early 2019. Like the article had stated, some sources think it’s included and others don’t. Honestly, I think it would be a great thing if our projects are not tied to it. Renewable energy and farm out disagreements are keeping that enormous monster on hold... and unnecessarily so, seeing that natural gas infrastructure (imports from TX) are (mostly) immune to political uncertainty.

More positives, the isthmus master plan is certainly not tied to that slow moving Energy Plan. It was revealed in one of those articles you posted, Macod, that there is a single entity (comprised of three different companies) being setup for the Transportation and storage of cargo vessels. That would make sense that they also desire a similar setup for the transportation and storage of fuel.. Pemex, C||T, and Northern Hemisphere logistics. That was a good point that you brought up. Lastly, the Singaporean company that is directing the Isthmus program is giving the presentation of the Isthmus Master Plan. Surely, they are at AMLO’s discretion, but there really is no reason as to why this presentation would be delayed like the energy plan has been.. Much fewer political disagreements take place within the context of AMLO’s pet mega-projects. I am fully expecting to see the slides of our new 245km oil lines!!!
