I think I have cornered the market on clogged arteries.

I actually went to the Outback for a late lunch and was disappointed. So for a late dinner the wife, 17mo boy and I went to Cattlemans again today and had some more beef for dinner. Just got back in and can say that I am comfortably fat and happy.

I know this is a little off the wall, but I found it interesting. Here in the states we have the outback steakhouse. All the steaks and dinners are named after things in AU. Back on the other side of the world (my home of AU) we have a place called LoneStars. It is based on of all things Texas culture....or should I say based on what we saw on the TVs. The waitresses at lonestar come to the table and say "Milk the cow, milk the cow.....Yee Haw" and when you order the "item of the day" they have to yell outloud Yee Haw again. It is sad really, but funny.

I know off the wall, but had to add that in here since we are talking about steak houses. One thing I can say however is that I prefer the steak here stateside moreso than over there. Better taste and overall texture.

If you really want a good cut of meat you need to have some of the skippy(Kangaroo). Damn good!
