No they were not.

Pacer is a subscription service. A majority of investors don’t use pacer..

A 8k is suppose to be filed within a certain period of time of a event..

BUT

Being as the BK case isint really completely approved yet then this is the reason a 8k hasn’t been filed to inform investors. Once it’s actually signed off on and confirmed and is a closed case then a 8k will be posted announcing the emergence from BK

The question is how long will it take to finalize the BK and how low will the PPS go while everyone is waiting.
