Seem to be??? It’s been a P&D since it began with Gannon Giguiere and his insider buddies promoting it.

Then there’s the fact Giguiere was charged by the SEC for illegal manipulation, charged as a stock promoter, and microcap fraud schemes that were foiled by FBI undercover work, and an SEC trading suspension. Then he’s pleaded guilty to conspiring to commit securities fraud in a US $10M insider trading case.

And for the cherry on top, EVTI is severely delinquent in filing financials and in danger of SEC Suspension.

Yeah, EVTI is a scam.
