No fail diet= no food till 5:P.M , allowed only is a coffee with a 1/2 inch of a sweet in morning................helps if substitutes for starch in late afternoon..........but if you stick to salads, meat, cheece , I find you can eat all you wish till next quick fast. I lost 10 lbs. per month on this diet, when I avoided sweets and bread to 20% old portions......... Diet works because no eating decisions for the 15-16 hour no food by mouth manifesto period.
Scholars suspect this fasting entices and enhances nice friendlies in body to knock down risks of major disease, and slays pre- diabetes AIC scores..
