It was the 3 concessions granted to Exxon and its 2 partners for the offshore properties.

It sort of read that it might involve Axis...but ........................................................NOT

Apparently there was a paragraph within the NOC website in the past 10 days or so mentioning something regarding a venture?? I have no idea if it is still there or is now gone and I never read it personally.

if you believe in the deal...you're in

If you don't believe in it....sell and either wait for news to come out,or try something else.
