They have 4 business days to file a 8k when a significant event happens that affects shareholder.

I would thinking having the BK plan approved by the judge would be considered a significant event,would it noT?

So if I’m correct they would have tell Thursday to produce the 8K?

I could be wrong it wouldn’t be the first time
