Late last week we find out Auctus plan to bring BRTXQ out of bankruptcy was accepted by the judge. By law, the company has 4 business days to file an 8k. Now all of a sudden there's doubt as to whether we actually won the case and we might not get an expected 8k. Sportworthy, it's not what the contents of the 8k are as important, but the fact that we actually get one. This would show to investors that, YES, we're good and the price is down because of the fckin MM's and not for any other reason.
