if both the stocks PLPL TXTM moved due to cannabis legalization news then TXTM is more appropriate. PLPL is specialized in tea extracts and I don't see any news for which we saw unusual volume activity. I have invested in PLPL and will definitely hold but would really want to see some news to get some confidence :)
