Trust me Rolls, I know what I say has no value to you. Never believed otherwise. Like you I'm just calling it as I see it. I won't be expecting an invite to your new board:)

Again, even you were surprised by the r/s being put up to vote and if Oct is a dud they WILL go through with it b/c sadly I believe they will get the votes to approve. Not even sure they need but maybe they want to sleep better at night with shareholder approval.

When you get one right I will say great call but those seem to be few and far between since partnership announced. You can't just ignore the record but I guess you can do what you want.

I remain long, still believe in the story. I blame no TMDI management or member of this board for the thousand paper cuts I received as I made the choice to buy into this speculative investment. GL longs!
