CATL a top quality strategic partner just made a strategic investment into ntthf. I bought in earlier this year in anticipation of this. feels good. CATL is a 60 billion dollar company and one of the top lithium battery manufacturers in the world.

1. Formation of the technical team that includes CATL

2. Update on progress of finalizing the Definitive Feasibility Study

3. submission of the Definitive Feasibility Study to the board of directors

4. Financing worth hundreds of millions of dollars for the Q3 project,using current investors. Including off take agreements with CATL.
