Or someone just trying to create frustration to shake shares. This has been happening for a while here. There is no easier pick in the entire OTC for a "certain run" imo than this, so why wouldn't someone or some people be trying to sacrifice a small pile to build and even bigger cheaper one. The noobs are the ones selling to it.
