They need the tax revenue more now than ever. They have lost a lot of tax revenue from restaurants closing, bar's closing and cigarette sales being way down. Lets not talk about small business taxes etc.

They have to get the revenue from somewhere and MJ is the talk of the town, especially in Ohio and that investment club who bought in at .15!

Instant cash without raising any tax rate on anyone! A brilliant idea!
