This has taken way more time than I expected. The OBS came into existence in 2012. It should not have taken more than 2015, and now its extended to 2025. Have no further expectations from this bankruptcy, plan for the worst (OBS cancelled) and hope for the best (OBS at face value and back interest). I just hope it comes to a close before the dollar falls to 50% of its current value which many are expecting by 2025.
