No Loan / Dilution city!

He's committed to the JV and nothing is going to change his mind once it's made up. If he can't get the loan, he's going to dilute while telling everyone that the JV is going to be a moneymaker. Personally I think Glenn could just take the loan and buy his own used gym equipment and do a better job than the other guy. If Desert Sky Fitness took $10,000 and turned it into over 1 million...why can't Glenn?? It doesn't look good and the price action confirms it. No loan, going back to under .01. dilution...going back to .002 area for a long while.
