A tweet is considered official. That has been established by the SEC. The Duffields were finished a long time ago. All the science and everything that they did is now in the possession of TXTM and with the joint venture with RSAMMD. This has been public record for quite some time. Why PLPL is still trading is unknown it just has not been shut down by the SEC yet. There has been a lot of confusion which is why this company had its run lately but it is about to go to no bed.
