Shareholder/Proxy voting info:

After speaking with one of my brokerage firms you will need to get a control # from each of them (if you have multiple), representing your total # of shares, and go to proxyvote.com at appropriate time for EACH control # so all votes/shares are accounted for.

I had not received any emails or mailings from any of them so I am reaching out to them individually as needed. One of them told me they will send me an email by end of day with the control # and one gave me the control # on the phone.

You will see the information about the proxy in the 6 k link below and you will see mention of the control # in it.
