I think the market may be waiting to see an 8-K/update from BRTXQ to confirm their plans and business growth initiatives going forward now that the legal part of the process is completed.

I think that an 8-K will generate buy volume and catch the eyes of a new/bigger group of investors to take the pps to the next level.
