It went to another judge because you can’t have a company in BK with 1.5 billion in cash, 2 billion in inventory and 3-6 billion in real estate , ecom business worth 1 billion, credit card income of 300 million and private labels worth 200-400 million and expect that to not get some eyes raised. This BK is a wand was a fraud. Slowly it will come out. Store retail is dying no one will argue that but that doesn’t mean the company is worth what they’re stating.
