Happens ALL THE TIME!!!

And each time people go hmmm, something must be happening.

And I've yet to see one come back from the dead.

I've heard rumor it happens, but I ain't seen it.

Once in a while they might stir in their grave, but they never crawl out of the hole.

The past is absolutely relevant because previous ownership could have mangled the SS so much that no one in their right mind would touch it.

FYI, anyone buying a shell buys it AS IS, and assumes its liabilities and assets.

They can buy one that's been cleaned up, is current, and has a low AS, or they can buy one that's FUBAR and spend years trying to untangle the mess they purchased and trying to bargain with debt-holders for better terms.

Do you seriously think a buyer can just walk in and say "okay, I'm the new owner. And I declare that all past debts are null and void. And instead of 7 billion shares, we now have 7 million. And we're now current. And since we're a new company, the past is irrelevant, therefore the books are as good as audited."

IT DOESN'T WORK THAT WAY!

As I posted before, Steve-o tried to straighten out EEGI but was unsuccessful and eventually gave up and abandoned it.

And don't forget that the other stock he was working on at the same time (SharkReach), was REVOKED.
