Who Cares?
The stock market is not based on the bottom line.
Its based on what Someone says or Someone has done, or going to do...
We buy because we are told to buy, the PR is KING in all stock trades. So what if its totally BS, the stock rises,
we buy and we sell when we think otherwise.
Stock analyst have CNN, CNBC, etc. soap boxes to stand on.
We all have the same information thanks to the SEC. but, just one positive word or positive PR and blam! the stock rises or dives into the abyss.
Hell, look at CSLR, bought on a rumour PR BS that george lucas was interested, buy 10k at $3.25 the next day wham! $15.09, you can not say PR had nothing to do with it. I sold @ 15 and driving my vintage ferrari mondale for free.
Even today I'm sitting in joy of my $4k daytrade of USXP. with a vol of 867 Million! yeah I believe in PR bs all the way to the bank.
If it wasn't for everybody manipulating the market, there wouldn't be a stock market at all.
