And once again, that trade never went through. It was a fake bid and it is called "spoofing". Unfortunately, it happens quite a lot on the market.

The SEC frowns upon this sort of malicious activity, and actually indicted a trader named Jason Nielsen for just such activity recently (back in June):

There is a lot of manipulation going on with this stock (to try to keep the share price up) and I wouldn't be surprised if Kim (the magical CEO) is in on it.
