Looked up in the SEC Archives (kind of like the Congressional Record) that Sept 14 is considered the worst day of the year to release very promising news. Year in and year out, positive things posted on 14 Sept usually fall flat on their face.

I have been scared all day Leo would release news today, but again he shows his acumen and decided to postpone the great news.
