If we ink a "good" JV deal with the

right partner, we'll be at penny quick. We need to remember our share structure when thinking about price targets. At .10, our cap would be $500 million, which would be crazy rich even with a JV and drills turning. Momentum/specs might push us from .02-.04 and that's still rich.

Now with great/good drill results, who knows.

I'd be happy if JV news is accompanied by a 1-10 to 1-100 reverse split to fix the OS.
