The House just returned from their 5-week hiatus, so let’s see if HR 8179 will start attracting co-sponsors

Traditionally there is a 1-week delay after a bill is filed before it begins to get cosponsors, though I’m not sure if the clock should start today due to the vacation — so it’s possible we may not see any until next week

The real action we need in terms of legislation in Congress is in the Senate
