boy did we get hosed on that announcement. go from 3/1 + a coupon to 15/1 straight. who renegotiated that deal? go from deal worth shares of 3 down to pennies again. would like to know what ceo of rakr got for that. cushy position on any?this made new deal a wash with dropped market price. and my investment worth half as i bought at .30 cents. the merger better boost value good as you have taken off incentive.
