Thing is, TCA is still owed over $5M total between their secured and unsecured credit. Despite the fact they cannot fund and direct the bankruptcy plan, they are still owed money that would need to be repaid.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
