I would assume it will be the sub that is the easiest to audit. He's going to have to attach one of them to it. The future plan has nothing really to do with the sub though, it's all about getting approval so the reverse merger can go through. It could work, but we'll see. Also if it does work, I'm not sure what the shares would be worth. They would at least be worth more than zero though.
