NO reason to look for financials today. ATMH submitted their late notice. They couldn’t put in the man hours to submit the report. They only had since AUGUST 1. SMH, always an excuse.

Reason for Delay in Posting Financial Report: State below in reasonable detail why the Annual/Quarterly Report could not be filed within the prescribed time period.
The time involved in preparing the required report has exceeded the available man hours in the period alloted to prepare the report. Further, the Company's ability to obtain required support information for processing the quarterly financial statements has been impacted by limited access to office records for our company and our customers due to COVID 19. We plan to file the report within five (5) day extension period.
