Thank you for your inquiry. The dividend received from EQBM is in the form of restricted units. Each one of these units represents a restricted share of Soma Petroleum and 2 warrants. Currently, TD Ameritrade has not been given information from the company regarding these units or how to exercise the warrants within them. There is a possibility that the units would have to be broken down into the respective share and warrants that make up the unit before any action could be taken. We could not find a valid stock trading under the name "Soma Petroleum" therefore, we would not have a ticker symbol to provide to you. It is quite possible that Soma Petroleum is private and they are in the process of taking the steps to become publicly traded.

- Complete and submit the online form.
