On page 4 of the Sept AARP Bulletin, there is an article entitled "STATINS MAY HELP THOSE OVER 75". Previous thought was that there was little evidence that statins were of any benefit to those over 75 who haven't already had heart problems.
However, a study by "researchers from Brigham and Women's Hospital and the VA Boston Health System studied health data of over 300,000 veterans found that the risk of dying from any cause after 75 was lower by 25 percent among those who were taking the statins."
From lead study author, Ariela Orkaby, "Statins reduce inflammation, which is a major pathway to just about every chronic medical condition, such as cardiovascular disease. Where there's inflammation, there's greater risk of death".
Jonnie has been saying this in his patents and patent applications for over a dozen years, but no one wants to hear it from him. Perhaps, if MYMD-1 is successful in showing that it can impact the progression of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, the medical industry will be forced to take notice!
