There's been no discussion because there was never a R/S. That amendment was from 2017.

And there are now over 4B shares outstanding so they opted to increase the A/S (which in Wyoming is "unlimited") rather than do the split.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
