And that PROVES it,he CAN dilute his tickers without being current. This SHAM is only "current" through 9/30/15 yet Eddie has increased the AS twice since then (almost a year later on one of them) and never once issued a financial report or attorney disclosure letter.

If he can dilute this POS by 4.5 BILLION shares without being current then I see no reason why he can't sell shares either. Eddie had financials due in early 2016. Q4 financials were due and year end financials for 2015 and yet nothing so that should have stopped all selling and dilution by him and other "directors" That would make the AS 3.5B shares as of 9/30/15 yet it sets at 8B.

So....we're to believe that Eddie hasn't been able to make a penny off of SUTI since Feb 2016--or 4.5 YEARS ago?!?!?

No freaking way...........
