Yeah saw that, I had a sneaky suspicion there might be a divi of GEOD, it was the only thing that made sense given that the shareholders of the parent(EFSH) were losing their main asset, there had to be some sort of compensation.
Still, even knowing this, I had a chance to grab 1K shares @ .71, on a day I saw it getting whacked down.... but didn't........one of those 'what the hell was I thinking' moments....lol. I do that sometimes though, especially when I'm the first person to figure something out, and there is no volume or interest of any kind from other shareholders, I can second guess myself.
